Partners : Lapin Blanc crew

The Lapin Blanc crew was born in 2005. The main idea was for a bunch of freelancers to display one common identity on our projects and sell our skills under this name, while staying officially sole traders. Six years and several projects later, Lapin Blanc gathers eight online freelancers, with different skills and speciality and dispatched in France, Germany, Canada, and UK.

 

Complementary skills

We worked together at first because we were friends but we have developed complementary skills, wich allows us to work as an entity like a regular communication agency. The collective is like a pool of freelancers and any member can ask others to take part in a project he is leading for one of his clients or for himself.

Some of us are specialized in Flash development, somes are Art directors, Project managers, 3D Designer, or html/CSS Developer. Most of us mix a bit of all with one special skill. All those skills allow us to use very easily each other to build big and complex projects that we could not handle on our own.

And when we're not working together we still talk a lot about each other's work to get the best feedback we can and share our views.

Julien Gacher Loiseleur (Art Direction/ Flash Dev), Benoit Decombles (html/php/css Dev), Nicolas Barrès (Art Direction), Virak Mey (Illustration, Motion), Makram Abdennabi (UI, Project Design), Franck Murcia (UI, Flash Dev) and Grégory Paunovic (Graphic design in 2D/3D). I'm specialized in Flash dev, even though I love to use different skills on a day to day basis.
